General Terms and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the yj2 platform and all its services. By accessing or using the yj2 website (https://yj2.cam), you are automatically considered to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

Account Registration and Eligibility

• One person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

Account Security

• It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential.
• If you notice any unauthorized access to your account, notify the yj2 support team immediately.
• Sharing or transferring account credentials to any third party is strictly prohibited.
• yj2 will not be held responsible for any misuse that occurs as a result of the user's own negligence.

Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy

All financial transactions on the yj2 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The rules below apply equally to all users.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer.
• Deposits are generally processed instantly or within a few minutes.
• Please ensure you provide accurate information at the time of deposit. yj2 is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect information.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawal requests will only be sent to the account used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals from bonus funds are only possible after the specified wagering requirement has been met.

Bonus and Promotional Offers

yj2 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer is subject to specific conditions, and the general rules below apply to all bonuses.

Welcome Bonus

• New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25x (on the total amount of bonus plus deposit).
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of claiming the bonus.
• Each user is eligible to receive this bonus only once.

VIP Cashback Program

• Bronze Level: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver Level: Weekly cashback of up to 0.7%.
• Gold Level: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.
• It is possible to advance to a higher VIP level through regular and active play.

General Bonus Terms

• yj2 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
• If a technical error occurs in the granting of a bonus, yj2 reserves the right to cancel that bonus.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to any third party.

• If the service is discontinued, the user's valid balance will be refunded.
• No compensation applies for temporary downtime due to maintenance.

Terms & Conditions Changes

yj2 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, users will be notified via email or through the platform.

• Continued use of the platform after an update will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
• The latest version of the terms and conditions will always be available on this page.

Legal Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to these terms and conditions and yj2 services will be resolved through the following process.

Dispute Resolution Process

• The support team will provide an initial response within 72 hours and attempt to reach a resolution.
• If a resolution cannot be reached through direct discussion, the dispute will be settled through mediation.
• Both parties are obligated to cooperate in good faith during the dispute resolution process.
